The Belgian division of EVA started this series of dance music compilations in 1995. Each volume consists of two releases: 1. a single CD with about 20 tracks, aiming at the commercial markets; 2. a double CD labelled "Club Edition", with longer versions, remixes, extra tracks and even tracks from the 1-disc edition replaced by club anthems. First volume was released as "Dance Machine", then the name was changed to "Dance Train". In 2000, a subseries was made with tracks from before 1995 in full length versions; this was named "Dance Train Classics". Three compilations were made; these can be found here as well. Due to popular demand, these classics were also released on vinyl -> . The original series ran until the year 2003. In 2004, a "Final Edition" was made with the best tracks from all previous editions, some of them in different versions from the ones originally released.
