User Data Deletion

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time using the methods below.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Delete from within the app

If you have an account, you can delete your data by going to your account settings and selecting "Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your data from our systems.

Option 2: Delete via Facebook

If you signed up using Facebook, you can remove our app from your Facebook settings:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings
  2. Click "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find Tracklister and click "Remove"
  4. Check "Delete all posts, photos and videos..." to request data deletion

When you remove the app from Facebook, we automatically receive a data deletion request and will remove your data.

Option 3: Contact us directly

Email us at privacy@connectica.no with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

What Data is Deleted

When you request deletion, we remove:

  • Your account information (name, email, profile picture)
  • Your projects and tracklists
  • Any uploaded audio files
  • Your organization memberships
  • Any other personal data associated with your account

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation code when your request is submitted. Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (e.g., transaction records) but will be anonymized.
