X-Sävel is a publishing company set up by . Kärki had started publishing sheet music, with drummer as his partner, in the 40s under a trade name "Aalto." The company changed its name first to "Sävelteos" and then to "X-sävel." In 1970 Kärki sold X-Sävel to Fazer.
