With distribution and marketing being handled via Universal Music Group, TopNotch is headed by Kees de Koning (fka Mental Kees) and is home to Appa, Digitzz, Adje, Cho, Damaru, Dio, Extince, Gers Pardoel, Jack Parow, Lange Frans, Lefties Soul Connection, Lucky Fonz III, The Opposites, Salah Edin, Typhoon, U-Niq, Safi & Spreej and Tourist LeMC.
