Colombian record label founded in 1949 under from the Industria Electro Sonora Ltda. by Antonio Botero and Rafael Acosta in Medellín becoming with Discos Fuentes one of the pioneer labels with largest multi-genres discography mostly of many Latin styles and later by reissue releases of genres between Pop, Jazz, Rock and some Electronic for important labels from around the world in role of licensing by phonographic copyright. In 1974 the label was acquired by Ardila Lülle and relocated at Bogotá in May 1992. Since 2007 the label becomes inactive for release newest pressings.
