Rockpalast is a unique German Music TV format of the / WDR, broadcasting mainly live concerts in full length (filmed and recorded by an own crew) supported by the associated TV and Radio stations. It originated in 1974 and developed through the years with an interruption between 1986 and 1995. It is still active today covering well-known and unknown artists equally. A wide range of current events can be viewed online via the official page.
