Defunct American division of Play It Again Sam that was run in partnership with Wax Trax! Records during the late 1980s. Play It Again Sam Records USA releases with a catalog number starting with BIUS are from the period of the partnership with Wax Trax! Records. Play It Again Sam Records USA releases that were released in the US via Caroline Records after the Wax Trax! deal was terminated had the same BIAS catalog numbers as the European version. This label should not be confused with PIAS America, the label's current American division. Releases with a PIASA catalog number should go there.
