Mexican label founded in 1933 by Gustavo Klinckwort and Eduardo Baptista, is firmly established as one of Mexico's leading independent labels with a wide range of successful local language signings. Records were originally produced by Fabrica De Discos Peerless, S. de R. L. and distributed by Eduardo Baptista y Cía. S. de R. L. In 1947, the owners parted ways, and Eduardo Baptista reincorporated the company as Fabrica De Discos Peerless, S.A.. In the 1990s, the company name was changed to Fabrica De Discos Peerless, S.A. De C.V.. Acquired by Warner Music Mexico in 2001. For the US releases using some form of the Peerless label, see , & for company & manufacturing credits.
