American independent record label founded by Dick Schory in 1969, based in Glenview, Illinois. Originally founded as the "as the Pioneer All Quad Label." Initially released music from pop, country and other genres. In 1975-76, after minimal commercial success, Schory hired Brien Fisher and refocused the label for the country market. Also released records in the UK and Europe during the 1970s and 1980s. 43 North Broadway, LLC. owns its exclusive worldwide copyrights via acquisition. Logo may also appear as Ovation Records Inc.
