Having housed artists like: , and making preparations to debut their own idol group via 2022 KOZ BOY GROUP Global Online Audition. This new idol group debuted on 30th of May 2023 as with the single album 'Who!'. On November 18, 2020, it was announced that had acquired KOZ Entertainment, and therefore would become a subsidiary.
