Established in 1944 by Clive Acker & Ed Kocher in Hollywood, CA. The label was formed to highlight Jazz musicians. It operated until 1955, then was re-activated beginning in 1970 and eventually was sold to Delmark Records. Shellac, 10", 78 RPM releases.
