Hip-Hop dedicated sub-label of Sleeping Bag Records founded in 1985 by William Socolov. Kurtis Mantronik did A&R for the label as well. The building where the label had its headquarters was torn down and replaced by luxury apartments in the 1990s. Its catalog is presently controlled by Phase One Network, an asset management company.
