Series of 24 2-CD volumes of excerpts from live performances recorded by Hermann May at the (Vienna State Opera) from 1933 to 1944. A comprehensive discography/index of the series, appearing progressively in the booklets from Vol. 1 to Vol. 24, is in the Images in this order: Performances recorded (1933-1944) Singers (A-Z) Conductors (A-W) Composers (A-W) (In the images uploaded, there are two pages missing from Vol. 11 (27, 31), but these did not contain discography/index information. There are no page numbers in the relevant pages from the Vol. 2 booklet.) The series was made possible with the support of the Ernst-Görner-Stiftung in Switzerland.
