Audiovox Records Oy was a Finnish record company founded in 1989. In 1999 the company was sold to K-Tel International (Finland) Oy, which changed its name to Edel Records Finland Oy after being sold to edel music AG . Edel's Finnish operations were merged with Oy Bonnier Amigo Music Finland Ab and forming . AXR's and Edel's Finnish catalog was then sold to a new company AXR Music Oy in 2010. They release music through the label AXR Music.
