About

Enemymine was a Washington-based experimental group that pushed the boundaries of heavy, abrasive sound design through an unconventional instrumental approach. Featuring dual bass players Mike Kunka (godheadSilo) and Zak Sally (Low), alongside drummer Danny Sasaki, the trio created dense, layered compositions that bridged indie rock and experimental electronic textures. Their distinctive two-bass configuration allowed for complex harmonic interplay and wall-of-sound production that influenced the underground experimental music scene.

The band released their self-titled EP on K Records and the full-length album *The Ice in Me* on Up Records, establishing themselves within an adventurous underground community alongside acts like Jucifer, Melvins, and Melt Banana. Though the project has concluded, Enemymine's innovative approach to instrumental arrangement and their exploration of extreme sonic territories remain influential in experimental and avant-garde music circles.
