Susperia, emerging from Norway, stands as a formidable force in the thrash metal scene since their inception in October 1998. Initially coming together under the name Seven Sins, founding members Tjodalv and Cyrus swiftly carved out a new identity for the band, opting for Susperia, a nod to the cult horror film “Suspiria,” albeit with a unique spelling twist. This rebranding marked the beginning of their journey to distinguish themselves within the metal domain.
