FaNaTiK stands as Western Australia's pioneering dance production collective, established in 1992 by Simon Hutchinson (DJ Hutcho) and Paul Wright (Dynamik). The project has evolved through various lineups, with the current formation of Hutchinson and Daniel Drummond (DJ Madness) solidifying since 2003. As the oldest active dance production group in WA, FaNaTiK has become instrumental in shaping the region's electronic music landscape through consistent live performances and studio work.
The group earned their reputation as one of Perth's most sought-after live acts, performing at landmark events and supporting international headliners including The Prodigy, Carl Cox, CJ Bolland, and Westbam. Their breakthrough came at the 1993 "Emotion" Rave, where they delivered a memorable sunrise set that cemented their status in the local dance music community. Beyond their extensive live presence, FaNaTiK has maintained visibility through television appearances, radio sessions, and ongoing studio production.
Continuing to produce and perform, FaNaTiK remains active in crafting new material while maintaining their legacy as Perth's most experienced electronic music live act.
