Fiestar was a South Korean girl group that made notable contributions to electronic and dance music during their active period from 2012 to 2018. The five-member ensemble—comprising Cao Lu, Jei, Linzy, Hyemi, and Yezi—debuted on August 31, 2012, with the single “Vista,” establishing themselves with a distinctive blend of electronic production and dance-pop sensibilities. Prior to their official debut, the group gained early traction through a collaborative duet with labelmate IU titled “Sea of Moonlight,” which charted on South Korea’s Gaon Digital Chart.

Throughout their six-year tenure on LOEN Entertainment, Fiestar developed a reputation for polished electronic production and dynamic choreography-driven tracks. Their discography showcased evolving production styles that aligned with contemporary K-pop electronic trends, positioning them as consistent contributors to the genre’s landscape. The group concluded their activities in May 2018 when four members opted not to renew their contracts, marking the end of an era for the ensemble.
