About
British electronic producer, remixer, and label owner, Martin Iveson has been a consistent force in electronic music since the mid-1990s. His production style blends sophisticated house and jazz influences, establishing a signature sound that emphasizes musicality and innovation. Early releases including his 1996 EP and 1998 debut album gained international recognition, with the latter licensed by Sony in Japan. Beyond his solo work, Iveson has collaborated with vocalists including Clara Hill and Deborah Jordan, while his remix credits span respected artists such as Nitin Sawhney, Bob Sinclar, Jazzanova, and Zed Bias.
A prolific remixer throughout his career, Iveson views reworking tracks as essential to his artistic development—a practice that has continuously refined his production techniques and allowed him to experiment across genres. His collaborative project Version 9 with producer Charles Webster further showcases his versatility. Following the closure of his Mantis Recordings label in 2009, Iveson launched Atjazz Record Company as a digital-focused imprint, concentrating on his own productions and collaborative works. He remains an active presence on the global DJ circuit and continues to produce music that balances dancefloor appeal with artistic depth.
