Lime

Lime is a disco and dance act from Montreal, Quebec, that emerged as a defining force in 1980s dance music. The project, centered around Denis and Denyse LePage, achieved massive success with their 1981 breakthrough hit “Your Love,” which topped the US Dance charts and established their signature blend of upbeat disco grooves and electronic production.

Building on this early momentum, Lime became known for their infectious dance-floor sensibility and polished production approach. The duo maintained an active presence in the dance music scene for decades, continuing to perform and record through the 2010s, cementing their legacy as pioneers of the disco-to-electronic transition that defined the era.
