Rob the Viking

Rob the Viking is a producer and official member of Vancouver-based hip-hop collective Swollen Members since 2002. As the group’s primary producer, he has shaped their sonic identity across nine studio albums, crafting beats that blend heavy instrumentation with intricate layering. His production work has been instrumental in establishing Swollen Members as one of Canada’s most commercially successful hip-hop acts.

Working alongside rappers Madchild and Prevail, Rob the Viking’s production style emphasizes dark, atmospheric soundscapes and complex rhythmic structures that have become signature to the group’s sound.
