Somyi is a South Korean artist who joined the K-pop group DIA in 2017, making her debut in the music video for the lead single “Will You Go Out With Me?” alongside fellow member Lee Ju Eun. As part of DIA, she contributed to the group’s dance-pop sound during her active years with the ensemble.

After taking a hiatus beginning in 2019, Somyi departed from DIA in 2021, marking the end of her chapter with the group. While her recording output has been limited, her time with DIA positioned her within the K-pop and electronic dance-pop landscape of the late 2010s.
